Sarsaparilla: has many benefits to include hormonal balance! It aids in the regulation of estrogen and progesterone levels. This in turn helps with mood swings and chronic fatigue. Sarsaparilla also helps eliminate toxins from the body which could make you feel sluggish.
Stinging Nettle: may be used to help adrenal exhaustion who are burnt-out, run down and low in energy. Helps boost libido too! Stinging Nettle has been shown to improve mood, heightens sensory perception, attention span, vigilance and intuition.
Gingko: is traditionally used to help with concentration, memory and cognitive health. It has been shown to help with positive mood and increased energy.

We use just enough to lower your blood pressure mildly. Lowering your blood pressure even just a little bit can help your body slow down, and save energy to be used for other things besides just pumping your heart, which can make you very tired.
