Our liver detox blend consist of the following organic ingredients: Milk Thistle, Burdock Root, Dandelion Root, Oregon Grape Root (Berbene), Fennel Seed, Fenugreek Seed, Nettle Leaf and Peppermint Leaf. Using organic herbs is important for detoxing the liver and the whole body. These herbs help move bile out of the liver and into the colon to be expelled. This tea also helps with chronic constipation.
Most peope who have a normal liver do not need a detox except for every now an then. The more your liver tries to detoxify itself, the more stress and inflamed it gets, which leads to fatty liver. Our herbal tea will help your own body detox and boost metabolism so your body can do it’s work easily. The liver is the main organ for metabolic and detoxification reactions in the body. Therefore, its diseases can be associated with metabolic disorders, such as insulin resistance, obesity, diabetes, or dyslipidemia.
I have done research on herbs for liver diseases. I believe I have put together a good blend for detoxing, however, once your liver passes the fatty liver stage, you may not benefit from this tea. Continued drug and alcohol intake may hinder long term benefits of this tea.
I would take this herbal blend along with green tea and Resveratrol Suppliment (think of grape skins).
Drinking this tea is not a one time heal-all shot. It takes time to detox completely and heal. Use daily for at least 3 weeks to start feeling better. You may feel better before then, but give it some time.
Heat herbs in hot water 1 tablespoon to 4 cups. Steep for 10 minutes so the roots can have time to infuse. Drink 3-4 cups daily. Comes in 8 and 16 oz SIZE container.
