Ingredients: Uva Ursi Leaf,, Echinacea Leaf and Root, Lemon Balm, Chamomile, Oregon Grape Root, Pipsissewa (Spotted Wintergreen), Ocotillo, Stinging Nettle Leaf and Root, Calendula, Ginger Root, Yellow Dock, Grain Alcohol, Distilled Water. Tincture infused for 6 weeks.

Dosage: Use 1 dropper full, about 30 drops, 1-2 x daily with water for up to 2 weeks. Alcohol may burn if used straight. If you are a small person, I would use 1/2 dropper 1x daily
This a 40 proof tincture.
I want to warn you that taking this for several days in a row might cause dehydration. You will pee out most of your fluids. If you feel lightheaded, headaches, heart palpitations, drink something with electrolytes in it. There is a powdered drink that you add to water that is like a liquid IV! Works wonders. Stay hydrated while taking this product!
