You will receive a refund or I will send the correct item:
- I sent the wrong item (I’m not perfect :).
- I sent the wrong quantity or size! (it has happened)
You will receive a refund or I will replace the item:
- Your item arrived damaged beyond use. (broken, spilled, opened) I may ask for pictures for my audit purposes. I may have you keep it or send it back with a prepaid return label.
Reasons that may be exempt from being refunded:
- The item is not what you expected. (I try to post as much information as possible, please email me with concerns). connie@suskomega.com
- Your item isn’t the color or consistency you wanted.
- Your item has been used more than 25%.
- Your item did not “heal” like you wanted it to (I cannot assume to know the reason you ordered your product, or your condition)
- It has been 31+ days since your order was placed
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed within 2 days of receipt, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment per Woocommerce timeframe.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at connie@suskomega.com
Gifts
If the item was sent to you, and marked as a gift when purchased, we will send a refund to the gift giver, PER THE REASONS ABOVE, and they will find out about your return.
Shipping returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, if the reason is not the fault of SUSKOMEGA.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
