DOSAGE: Steep 1-2  tsp to 4 oz of hot liquid (prefrebly water or apple juice), strain, drink cool or warm. Steep for 15 min since there are “roots” in this tea that are more dense than leaves and flowers.  FOLLOW with PLENTY OF WATER.  Add honey for sweetness and do not use sugar.    Drink the tea  1-2 times for the first day, with symptoms.

Ingredients: UVA Ursi, German Chamomile, Stinging Nettle, Oregon Grape Root, Red Root, Ginger Root, Lemon Balm, Calendula, Echinacea Purpurea Root and Leaf, Astragalus Root, Marshmallow Root, Mullein.   Each ingredient is equally divided except Uva Ursi and it is doubled.
